Welcome to Platte River Prep. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at www.platteriverprep.com (“Site”) and the programs, registrations, communications, and services we provide (“Services”).

By using our Site or Services, submitting a form, registering for a program, or communicating with Platte River Prep, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Site and Services

You agree to use our Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its functionality, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the Site in a way that could harm Platte River Prep, its athletes, families, coaches, sponsors, partners, or other users.

2. Platte River Prep Services

Platte River Prep provides youth basketball training, camps, clinics, skills sessions, travel teams, tournaments, sponsorship opportunities, coaching opportunities, and related basketball development programs.

Program availability, schedules, pricing, locations, coaches, team availability, tournament details, and registration deadlines may change at any time. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all Site content will always be current, complete, or error-free.

3. Registration and Program Participation

Some PRP programs, camps, clinics, skills sessions, tryouts, teams, or tournaments may require registration, payment, parent or guardian approval, waivers, or additional forms.

By registering yourself, your athlete, your team, or your organization, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. For youth athlete participation, registration should be completed by a parent, legal guardian, coach, or authorized adult.

Participation in any PRP program may be subject to additional rules, waivers, codes of conduct, payment terms, refund policies, facility rules, tournament rules, or safety requirements provided during registration or before participation.

4. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Program fees, team fees, camp fees, tournament fees, tryout fees, sponsorship fees, and other costs may vary by program or event.

Payment terms, refund policies, cancellation policies, and deadlines may be provided during the applicable registration process or through third-party registration platforms. Unless otherwise stated in writing, submitting an inquiry does not guarantee placement in a program, team, tournament, event, or sponsorship opportunity.

5. SMS, Email, and Telephone Communications

By submitting your contact information through our Site or registering for a PRP program, you agree that Platte River Prep may contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry, registration, program, team, tournament, sponsorship, coaching interest, or related services.

If you opt in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Platte River Prep related to your inquiry, registration, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, program updates, event details, and service-related communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For support, reply HELP or contact us at info@platteriverprep.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS communications are not a condition of purchase.

6. Athlete Safety and Conduct

Platte River Prep is committed to providing a positive, competitive, and development-focused environment for athletes, families, coaches, and teams.

Participants, parents, guardians, coaches, and spectators are expected to act respectfully and follow all program, team, tournament, facility, and safety rules. Platte River Prep reserves the right to remove or restrict participation for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, abusive, or inconsistent with the standards of the program.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Platte River Prep is focused on athlete development, fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and competitive growth. However, participation in PRP programs does not guarantee team placement, playing time, athletic performance, scholarships, recruiting opportunities, roster selection, wins, or specific basketball outcomes.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our Site may link to or use third-party platforms for registration, payments, tournament management, scheduling, analytics, communications, advertising, or other services.

Platte River Prep is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or platforms. Your use of those platforms may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, images, logos, videos, layouts, designs, and other materials, is owned by Platte River Prep or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or use Site content without prior written consent from Platte River Prep.
